Refund Policy
We keep pricing simple and want refund expectations to be equally clear before you buy credits.
One-time credits
Starter and higher-volume packs are sold as one-time credits rather than subscriptions. There is no recurring charge to cancel.
When refunds are possible
If payment succeeds but credits are not delivered, or the service is clearly unavailable because of a platform-side issue, contact us and we will review the purchase manually.
When refunds may be limited
Because credits can be consumed immediately after purchase, partially or fully used packs may not qualify for automatic refunds. We review these case by case.
Delivery and failed jobs
If a translation fails, credits are not deducted. If credits are not delivered after payment, send us the purchase email and order time so we can manually restore the balance.

Email support@imagefromtranslator.com with your purchase email, purchase date, and a short description of the issue. We usually reply within 1-2 business days.
